Caregivers set their own rates. The listed plans do not include caregiver salaries. VIP plan is only valid for five services (babysitter, nanny, maid, senior care and cook).

• Interviews: must be paid in advance. Upon a successful hire, up to two (2) paid interview fees will be credited toward the hiring invoice. The VIP Plan includes up to two (2) complimentary interviews. • Replacements: The VIP Plan includes up to two (2) caregiver replacements, during the plan term, subject to availability. For replacement purposes only, FamBear will make reasonable efforts to provide up to five (5) caregiver profiles for customer review. • Limitations: Caregiver availability, interviews, and replacements are not guaranteed and may be affected by changes in requirements, location, schedule, customer conduct, caregiver availability, market conditions, account suspension, or other factors beyond FamBear’s control. FamBear is not liable where replacements cannot be provided due to such limitations.

Payments are non-refundable. By paying your invoice, you agree to all FamBear terms and conditions.

• Part-time hires (VIP Plan):

  50% of the VIP plan price (1 replacement)

• Interviews:

  Prices vary by market per interview

• Outside of service area:

  +20% above the VIP plan price

• On-Demand:

  Caregivers set their hourly rates; minimum 4-hour booking.

• On-Demand Extra Child:

  +20% per hour and per child above the rate

• On-Demand After Hours:

  +15% above the rate after 19:00

• On-Demand Transportation:

  +5% above the rate after 19:00

• On-Demand Food Allowance:

  +5% above the rate for daily, weekly or monthly rates

All fees and payments shall be denominated in the official currency of the service location. Rates may vary in accordance with local market conditions and applicable regulations.
